Ruth Chepngetich to return to Chicago marathon to reclaim her title

Former world marathon champion Ruth Chepngetich will be seeking to reclaim her Chicago marathon title when she will be lining up at the race set for October 13th in the USA.

After losing last year’s title and finishing second to Dutch Sifan Hassan, Chepngetich  will be up against compatriots Joyciline Jepkosgei and former world cross country champion Irene Cheptai, Dorcas Tuitoek Jepchirchir, Mary Ngugi and Stacy Ndiwa.
