Champion Sahib Omar emerged the winner in the 4WD Non-Turbo Class as curtains came down on the sixth round of the KCB Kenya National Autocross Championship.
He beat Eric Bengi (00:06:06.182) to second position in what went down as a thrilling race organized by Vintage and Classic Car Club of Kenya.
Sahib also garnered two bonus points by setting the overall fastest time of the day when he cleared heat 2 in 00.01.59.425.
Nine-year-old girl driver Kiana Rajput won the Pee Wee Class which is the lowest class in the championship in terms of age.
Kiana beat newcomer Eann Bengi who is son of rally driver Eric Bengi. Eann ran his first ever race incidentally in Karanveer’s old buggy.
Guraj Singh won the Quad Class in a time of 00:07;22.432 minutes.
