Kenya Shujaa failed to contain Fiji at the final of the HSBC world rugby 7s at Singapore 7s today.
Fiji came from behind to beat Kenya 21-12 to lift Singapore 7s title played at the Singapore National stadium.
Kenya impressed at the tournament, recording victories in all matches before falling to Fiji at the final which was a rematch of the 2016 final, which Shujaa famously won 30-7.
In the semifinal, Kenya overcame Spain 12-5 to set Fiji, who beat Argentina
Kenya had a reason to believe going into the fixture, having beaten Spain 19-0 in last weekend’s Hong Kong 7s.
