Kenya lost to South Africa at the Sunday’s final at the Rugby Africa Solidarity Sevens at the Markötter Stadium in Stellenbosch, South Africa.
The hosts won 31-7 against Shujaa with David Selvyn making two successive unconverted tries for the Sprinboks before Alvin Otieno converted try tallied to 10-7 at the water break.
Hosts Angelo Davids converted his try for a 17-07 lead as Christie Grobbelaar made the 4th try for 24-07 lead. Ruhan Nel punished Shujaa for the 5th converted try.
