Former Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) champions St. Anthony Secondary School will be fighting for the title again in the school championships going on in Kisumu.
As Nyakach Girls will face former champions Itigo High School from Rift Valley in the final.
The Rift Valley representatives will be facing off with Nairobi Champions Dagoretti High school in boys under 19 final tomorrow at Moi stadium, Kisumu.
The 2012 champions from Trans Nzoia beat debutantes Ebwali High School from Western Region 6-5 on post-match penalties following a goalless draw in normal and extra time as Dagoretti thrashed 2018 finalists Olbolosat from Central 3-1 today.
Dagoretti’ Paul Odhiambo netted first after three minutes before Adan Rashid leveled for Olbolsat nine minutes later but Derrick Omondi restored the lead for Dagoretti in the 21st minute at the break as Simon Omondi sealed the 3-1 victory for Nairobi champions in the 65th minute.
In the under 19 girls, Nyakach Girls High School will take on former champions Itigo High School from Rift Valley in the final.
Nyakach Girls upset former champions Archbishop Njenga 2-0, while Itigo thrashed Njabini Girls High School from Central 4-0 in the semis.
