At the championships, Olympic bound heavyweight Elly Ajowi won gold after beating Cameroonian Yegnong Maxime at the final for the title.
Captain Nick Okoth failed to win a medal but he maintained that team spirit was exhibited at the championships.
Another Olympic bound and Commonwealth bronze medallist Christine Ongare (flyweight) settled for silver.
Elizabeth Akinyi (welterweight) got a bronze medal after crashing out to her opponent at the semifinals stage.
