Former Kenya Women premier League champions Vihiga Queens will be facing off with Rwandese and Djiboutian teams at the inaugural Africa Women Champions League.
In a draw conducted today, the champions will face CECAFA teams, vihiga Queens will be facing off with Scandinavian of Rwanda and FAD Club of Djibouti in Group C with the matches set for July 17 to August 1 in Nairobi, Kenya.
Group A is comprised of Lady Doves (Uganda), PVP Buyenzi (Burundi), and Simba Queens (Tanzania), while Group B will have Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Yei Join Stars (South Sudan), and New Generations FC (Zanzibar).
