It was an all Kenyan affair following their dominance at the 2025 Napoli half marathon held today in Napoli, Italy.
The reigning Roma-Ostia half marathon champion Emmanuel Wafula and Sheila Cherotich were the winners of the race.
Wafula won the title in 59:42 led compatriot Simon Maywa who won silver with another Kenyan Edward Konana Koonyo settling for bronze at 60:26 and 60:37 in an all Kenya victories.
In women, Cherotich led compatriot Nelly Jeptoo who was third with Burundian Elvanie Nimboma
