Former All Africa Games 5,000m bronze medalist Rosemary Wanjiku Monica won the Tokyo marathon race held today in Toyko, Japan.
It is an Ethiopian deso Gelmisa that won the men’s title with Kenya’s Titus Kipruto coming 4th as the best kenyan in the early morning race.
As the only kenyan runner, wanajiku won the title in 2:16.28
