Former Africa Cross country bronze medalist Charles Mneira Yosei and Loice Chemining were the winners of today’s Kenya Prison cross country championships held at Ruiru training ground.
The reigning Africa Beach half marathon silver medalist won the men’s title in 30:47.50 ahead of Emmanuel Ngatuny (31:01.72) and Albert Tonui completing the podium in 31:13.97.
Chemining won the women title in 35:11.92 ahead of former world junior champion Sandra Chebet (35:12.67) and Lilian Kasait (35:22.18).
