Kenya will face Africa champions Egypt at the men’s handball Olympic Games qualifiers set for next week in Tunis, Tunisia.
The team under the tutelage of Peter Mwathi, currently training at Kasarani leads pool A alongside champions Egypt, Congo DRC and Guinea that starts on January 15th to 25th.
Kenya will begin their qualifier against DRC before tackling African champions Egypt the following day and complete their pool matches against Guinea on January 18.
Pool ‘B’ has Angola, Nigeria, Libya and Gabon. Hosts Tunisia, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire and Cape Verde are in Pool ‘C’, while Pool ‘D’ has Morocco, Algeria, Congo and Zambia.
