Africa Zone Three super heavyweight champion Elly Ajowi and the 2015 Africa Boxing Championships lightweight gold medalist Nick Okoth will be fighting for bronze medal as Konstantin Korotkov Memorial International Boxing Championships comes to an end tomorrow in Russia.
Ajowi, competing in the 91kg will be facing off with Moroccan Younes Baalla for bronze while Okoth take on Japanese international Tomo Tsuboi ahead of Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan.
Ajowi lost to uzebarejan international Madiyars Saidrahimou in the semifinals at 27-20, 27-30, 27-30, 27-30 and 27-30 while Okoth was defeated by home boy Ovik Oganisyan in the semifinals recording 30-27, 30-26, 30-27, 30-27 and 30-26.
