Any athlete can break my world record- Kipchoge

World marathon record holder Eliud Kipchoge is optimistic that any runner across the world can break his world 42km record.

With his slogan of No Human is Limited, The two year old record set in 2018 at the Berlin marathon at 2:01.39 was threatened in 2019 when Ethiopian Kenenisa Bekele ran two seconds shy of Kipchoge.

The duo will be facing off at the postponed London marathon set for October 4th.

On Friday, Uganda’s Joshua Cheptegei broke the 16 year old 5,000m world redord.

The two time Berlin marathon winner praised Cheptegei for his record.
