Bernard Chruiyot Sang was the best Kenyan at the Izmir half marathon held yesterday in Turkey. Sang finished second timing 67:18 behind the champion Sezgin Atac in 65:34 and Fatene Alemu Regasa completing the podium in 67:20. In women, Sumeyye Erol won the title in 78:28 ahead of Sabriye Guzelyurt (79:00) and Fatma Arik (82:14).
