Former Napsa Stars striker Timothy Otieno has returned into the local football to play for 2009 champions Sofapaka FC. Otieno, who left the country in 2020 to play for Zambian side Napsa returns in the country after ditching former champions Tusker FC and will replace striker Elly Asieche who decamped to Wazito FC today.
