Mildred Cheche will be seeking back to back slots to compete at the FIFA Under 17 World Cup later this years.
The national under 17 women head coach named a strong team that will be facing off with Uganda come Saturday March 8th after completing their training yesterday ahead of the first leg in Kampala and the return leg set for next Sunday, 15th March 2025 in Nairobi.
Last year, Kenya compete at the FIFA Women Under 17 World cup in Dominican Republic, and Cheche will be looking forward for another slot.
She named Halima Imbachi and her teammate Anifa Bakari as captains for the two legged matches.
The aggregate winner between Kenya and Uganda will meet the winner between Ethiopia and Cameroon, for one of three available African tickets to play at the World Cup next year – in Morocco
