It was a good show in the last day of the Africa Athletics Championships when Kenyan women scooped positions 1-2 in the 3,000m steeplechase.
Diana Chepkemoi won gold leading compatriot Mercy Chepngeno Koskei to second to hand Kenya gold and silver.
Chepkemoi won the title in 9:29.18 with Chepnengo coming second at 9:30.46 with Ethiopian Almaz Bude coming third for bronze in 9:33.45.
