Standard Chartered Bank half marathon champion Esther Chesang and Vincent Ng’etich were crowned the champions of the inaugural Kimana 15km race held today in kajiando County.
Coming from Elgeyo marakwet, Chesang won the women title in 49:39.10 beating Machakos based Agnes Mwikali to second in 49:49.77 and Sharon kemboi completing the podium in 50:01.78.
Ng’etich won the men’s title in 43:35.18 beating Titus Kipruto to second in 43:51.63 and Meshack Kiptoo wrapping off the podium after timing 43:58.63.
