Judith Adhiambo and Everline Aluoch won the Heavy weight and middle weight Ladies Tae Kwondo as Kenya University Sports Association (KUSA) Indoor Games at Kibabii University came to a close today.
Pawani university’s Adhiambo and Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) Aluoch won on technical knock-out against Gloria Nangweya from (MMUST) and Belinder Akeyo from Kibabii University respectively.
In bantamweight category, hosts Edna Sichangi ousted Khadija Hassan of University of Nairobi before KU’s Stella Eunice shone over Mitchell Oigo from USIU.
In men’s category, Fredrick Kichi from USIU won Welter Weight beating Kibabii’s Ishamel Juma.
Technical University of Kenya (TUK) Kevin Kimani won the Light Weight men’s category beating Kibabii’s Samuel Isomberi as Kibabii’s Stephen Odhiambo beat USIU’s Uche Ongaro to lift Feather Weight category.
