Former champions AFC Leopards, leaders Tusker FC and former champions Mathare United record wins in today’s premier league matches.
Leopards recovered from double loss to beat Vihiga United 3-1 with Leopards goals being scored by Harrison Mwendwa, Austin Odhiambo and Peter Thiong’o with Kevin Omondi scoring a consolation Vihiga United.
With the win at Thika stadium guided Ingwe to move to third on 47 points.
Tusker retained their top position with a 2-1 win over Sofapaka at Ruaraka grounds.
The brewers came from a goal down for the win after Lawrence Juma scored first for Sofapaka in the 34th minute with penalty conversion but Rodgers Aloro leveled in the 39th minute before Jackson Macharia scored the winner.
Former champions Mathare United shocked returnees Nairobi City Stars 2-0 at Ruaraka.
Other former champions Ulinzi Stars were held to a one-all draw by newbies Bidco.
