Kangemi, A.P wins in last round fixture

As first round ended today, Kangemi All Stars and Administration Police won their last match in the national Super League (NSL) played at Camp Toyoyo and Thika Stadium respectively.

At Camp Toyoyo, Kangemi All Stars came from 2-0 down to thrash newly promoted side Migori Youth 5-3 while AP came from a goal down to edge out Bidco United 2-1.

Mark Osewe and Samuel Plampan netted in the 5th and 31st to give guests the lead but Kangemi came-back through Joseph Luchenga halved the score with his goal before Moses Osure added the second to level as Geoffrey Ochieng netted a goal to lead.

Migori’s Benjamin Owuso restored parity in the 70th minute to level but hosts scored two last fast goals through Beneventure Atse and Moses Osure to seal the victory.

AP also came from a goal down to down Bidco United 2-1. Sean Opwora gave the guests the lead in the 30th minute for a 1-0 halftime lead, but two quickfire goals by Abbas Karim and Etemesi Asumwa saw the guests run away with all three points.
