Leaders KCB maintain their top position on the Kenya Premier League following their victory against FC Talanta in a match played at the Dandora stadium.
In the second match at the same venue, Kariobangi Sharks were held by Kenya Police to share points.
KCB, which has taken a commanding five point lead with 5 points with nine matches played against second placed Mara Sugar with 15 points after playing 8 matches won the match at 2-1.
Francis Kahiro scored first for the banker’s in the 18th minute for 1-0 before Emmanuel Osoro cancelled the goal for 1-1 draw in the 90th minute but Maurice Owino scored in the last minute to hand a 2-1 win at 90+6 minutes.
The win as propelled the Patrick Odhiambo coached side to 20 points while Mara Sugar on 15 points will play Sofapaka on Sunday at the Green Awendo Stadium in Kisumu as Jackeline Juma remain rooted at position 17 in the 18 team league.
