Kenya rugby women side Kenya Lionesses will be facing off with hosts South Africa in a must-win in the 2021 Women’s Rugby World Cup qualifying tournament.
The winner of the tournament will gain the single slot for 2021 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand while the second finisher will face aside from South America, with the winner going into the 2020 Repechage qualifying tournament.
Lionesses defeated Uganda 37-5 and 35-5 victory over Madagascar while hosts beat Uganda 89-5 and 73-0 win over Madagascar.
The top seven teams from Rugby World Cup 2017 – champions and 2021 hosts New Zealand, England, United States, France, Canada, Australia and Wales – have already secured automatic qualification.
