Former Kenya Volleyball federation league champions Kenya Prisons will be facing off with their counterparts KCB Bank at the quarterfinals of the ongoing Africa Women Volleyball Club championships in kelibia, Tunisia.
While reigning champions Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) will be taking on Cameron’s side FAP.
Today, the unbeaten prisons wardress defeated VCL in straight sets of 25-15, 25-18 and 25-18 in the best of 16 to sail through to qurters.
This will be the second time Prison are facing off with the bankers after 2020 season where the former were beat the later to win the title.
KCB recorded Nigeria’s Customs in similar sets in 25-18, 25-16 and 25-14 to qualify.
Champions KPC beat Uganda’s Ndenjje University 3-0 (25-20, 25-12 and 25-13 to set up their match against to book the date with FAP who beat Ivory Coast’s VCL 3-0(25-15, 25-18, 25-18).
