Reigning world under 20 10,000m champion Rhonex Kipruto won bronze on the last day of the IAAF World Athletics Championships in Doha, Qatar.
Kipruto finished 3rd in 26:50.32 behind Ugandan Joshua Cheptegei (26:48.36) and Ethiopian Yomif Kejelcha 26:49.34 as long wait for gold as Kenya last won her gold in the 10,000m in 2001 courtesy Charles Kamathi.
Other Kenyans on track was former world under 20 10,000m champion Rodgers Kwemoi finished fourth in 26:55.36 as Alex Korio finished 11th.
