World marathon record holder Brigid Kosgei, former London marathon champion Vivian Cheruiyot and Frankfurt marathon winner Valary Aiyabei will be facing off at the postponed London marathon.
Kosgei will be chasing to retain her title, Cheruiyot to redeem her image, Chepngetich chasing her maiden appearance at world marathon majors and Aiyabei making her debut in London rescheduled for October 4th.
The quotet, who are also in the Olympics marathon team will be facing off with Ethiopians Riza Dereje, Ashete Bekere and Dejitu Azimiraw for the title.
