Koth Biro defending champion Kingstone will be facing off with Eatleigh Youth in a must win encounter to progress into the next round of the annual tournament.
The winner between the two will automatically qualify into the best 16 teams while debutants Kajiado All Stars from Kajiado County enjoys the pool D leadership with 10 points.
Kajiado is ahead Kingstone FC from Shauri Moyo as well as Eastleigh Youth who have four points from three with Eastleigh having five points.
A must-win match for Kingstone while Eastleigh only need a draw to proceed.
In other matches, Kahawa Sportive will take on Dallas All Stars, former champions Black Mamba and Umeme Bees take on Terror and Ruaraka All Stars respectively.
