After winning the Kenya Universities Sports Association (KUSA) sevens series early this month, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) will be in action in this weekend’s Kenya rugby sevens series that kicks off at Bulls Ring.
MMUST won four out of five series to claim the KUSA7s title that concluded at The University of Nairobi ground.
Coming from Kakamega, the university side is in pool C alongside Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB), champions Kabras Sugar and Kisii RFC.
This will be the first time Kakamega will be hosting the National Rugby Sevens Circuit named Bulls Ring, formerly Lions Primary school grounds in Lurambi, Kakamega County.
