Lobun, best Kenyan in Seiko Gold Grand Prix

Little known Hellen Ekarare Lobun was the only Kenyan runner in  today’s World Athletics Tour   in at the Seiko Golden Grandprix.

Lobun finished 4^th in 1,500m behind homebased athletes who dominated the championships.

Tanaka Nozomi of Japan won the title in 4:05.27 ahead of country mates Urabe Ran (4:11.75) and            Hagitani Kaede (4:13.14) before  Lobun finishing 4^th in 4:17.00.
