Though no course records were recorded, Makini schools Sports Academy and Seahorses Aquatic Center emerged winners for both men and women category in the just ended KSF National swimming championship held at Kasarani Aquatic center.
In attendance in the two days event graced by prominent Lawyer and Kenya Sports Tribunal Chairman John Ohaga saw Makini Academy collect 28 medals that included 15 Gold, 7 silver and 6 bronze to clinch the men’s category.
Seahorses Aquatic center finished second with 11 medals(8gold, & 3 silver,) followed by third placed Hydra sports club with 8 medals(6 Gold & 2 bronze ) respectively.
The tournament attracted 29 teams drawn from various counties.
In the women category, Seahorses Aquatic Center emerged tops with 12 Gold. Hydra sports club and individual team finished second and third with 19 and 8 medals.
