Malkia Strikers, the national women’s volleyball team continued with their top performance by winning their second match at the ongoing Africa Games in SAccra, Ghana.
The Japheth Munala coached side were 3-0 (25-15,25-18, 25-12) winners over Nigeria yesterday evening, their second victory after beating Seychelles 3-0 in the opening match of the championships at Borteyman Sports Complex.
The Munala team will now face DRC Congo tomorrow in their last pool match.
Team captain Mercy Moim said they were psyched up for the match and she is happy they went as planned and they won the match.
