Elgeyo Marakwet County Speaker Philemon Sabulei took an early lead at the Kenya Seed golf tournament at nine hole Eldoret golf club.
The speaker carded 42 stable Ford points to lead Amos Butit with three points as well as Faith Chemutai.
The tournament continues on Sunday.
