Diana Shakava has been named the Harambee Starlets captain, replacing the retired captain Neddy Atieno.
Last week, Atieno announced her retirement from active football and her place has been replaced by Ulinzi Starlets captain Shakava, the young sister of Gor Mahia captain Aron Shakava.
The 24 year old Shakava has been serving as Atieno’s deputy after leaving the fallen Eldoret Falcons, played for Kahawa Queens among other teams.
