Kenya Simbas, the national men’s 15s team will be training in kakamega ahead of Victoria and Egon Cup tournaments next month in Uganda.
The Simbas will face Zambia in Kampala on November 1 in the Victoria Cup before taking on hosts Uganda on November 5 in the first leg of the Elgon Cup.
After Uganda, Kenya will face off with Uganda in a return match on November 11 in Kisumu.
In addition, plans are in motion for a thrilling encounter between the Kenya women’s team and their Ugandan counterparts in Kisumu on the same day.
The Simbas have a good record against Zambia after winning the last two encounters 43-23 and 31-16 in 2019.
In Elgon Cup clashes the Simbas have the upper hand winning 11 times with Uganda winning twice.
