Former champions Sofapaka smashed former champions Tusker FC to hand Kenya Police FC a chance to win their maiden Kenya Premier League title after beating FC Talanta in today’s matches.
David Simiyu scored the solitary goal to hand Police victory to open a six point lead at the top with two matches left to play after a 1-0 win over Talanta FC in Machakos.
Tusker, who are also in the race for the title was humiliated by 2009 champions Sofapaka with a 7- beating at the Dandora stadium.
