The Divas, the National women’s netball team defeated USA to increase their chances of advancing into a big league.
Today, The Divas redeemed their image after losing 41-33 to Namibia, came back to beat the USA 66-25 during the Dubai tournament ahead of the UAE Netball extravaganza.
Coached by Mugisha said that team had good depth and discipline for the results.
Goal attacker and Assistant Captain Hellen Sinoya credited the team’s unity and reduced mistakes for their success and called on her teammates to stick to the plan for their next match against Ireland.
Kenya’s path to the finals now depends on their results against UAE and Ireland in the remaining group matches.
