Top amaturs chasing points in Limuru

Fresh from losing their first Victoria Cup tilt to Uganda, Kenyan amateur golfers returns to the greens this weekend in search of Kenya Amateur Golf Championships (KAGC) on par 72 Limuru Golf club.

Fresh from competing at the Victoria Cup in Uganda, golfers will battle in the 54 hole event with defending champion Robison Owiti in the mix of top golfers as he tries to defend his title.

The former captain did not lose at match in Uganda led Kenya team golfers like junior golfer Mutahi Kibugu (Muthaiga), Kenya One Samuel Njoroge, Great Rift’s Simon Njogu, Mombasa’s Mathew Wahome, Nyali’s Daniel Nduva, Limuru’s Paul Muchangi and Golf Park’s William Odera.

Victoria Cup trophy was donated by former Boston Marathon champion Moses Tanui to rotate between the two East Africa nations.
