Dennis Ochieng Oalo scored his 8th goal as Kisumu AllStars came from a goal down to edge visiting Shabana FC in today’s National Super League (NSL) match played at Moi Stadium, Kisumu.
As the top scoarer in the second tier, Oalo scored the winner in the 2-1 win against Shabana who finished with ten men after Joseph Omweri was red-carded.
Oscar Oketch opened the score for promoted side Shabana in 12st minute that was cancelled out by Shadrack Omondi in 28th minute before Oalo sealed the victory for hosts in the 81st minute.
Shabana assistant coach Andrew Ongwae was incharge of Shabana in place of suspended Gilbert Selebwa.
In other matches today, Fortune Sacco scored more goals in the league with a 4-1 win over home side Kangemi All Stars at the Camp Toyoyo Grounds. This was the fourth win for Fortune.
Using home ground advantage, St. Joseph defeated their visitors Thika United 3-1at the Afraha Stadium Nairobi City Stars stunned Green Commandos 1-0 at Camp Toyoyoas FC Talanta was held by Administration Police in a one-all draw at Camp Toyoyo.
