Harambee Stars captain Victor Wanyama’s side Montreal Impact stunned Inter Miami in the top league played at Red Bull Arena on Saturday evening.
After a series of loses, the Thiery Henry led side won 2-1 at home to boost their chances after losing two consecutive matches.
Bojan Krkic and Maxi Urruti scored for Wanyama’s side in the 6th and 80th minutes respectively with Miami scoring in between.
The win was good for Henry that enabled them jump ahead of Nashville SC in the eighth position on the Eastern Conference table.
