World Under 10,000m champion Heristone Wafula Wanyonyi missed to win a medal at the World Athletics Race Walking Team Challenge championships in Muscat, Oman.
Competing for the first time outside Kenya, Wanyonyi finished 4th overall in the 10km men challenge.
He crossed the finish line in 45:18 behind the champion Hongren Wang from China in 44:06 followed by Italian Diego Giampaolo (44:14) and Chinese Yu Zeng for third position timing 44:14.
