Search for Kenya Amateur Golf Championships (KAGC) returns this weekend at the Thika Sports Club for Winston Churchill Cup.
The 5th meeting of KAGC will see defending champion Mike Kisia will be in contention at par 72 golf course.
KAGC returns after the end of Kenya Open Golf championships at par 71 Muthaiga golf club and Tannahill Shield at Royal club.
There are 53 golfers who have lined up for the championships with golfers taking on 36 holes circuit on the two day event that kicks of Saturday to Sunday.
Vet Lab’s Kisia fired an excellent nine under par 135 made up of 68 and 67 to win the Cup by seven shots from his club-mate Edwin Mudanyi.
Among those taking part is defending champion, Kisia, reigning KAGC champion Edwin Mudanyi Vet Lab), former Kenya one John Karichu (Limuru), Paul Muchangi (Limuru), Uhuru Shield champion Dennis Saikwa (Royal), former captain Robinson Owiti (Vet Lab) among others.
