Kenya’s Alexander Mutiso Munyau beat veteran runner Kenenisa Bekele to win the 2024 London marathon title held today in the Great Britain. Munyao won the title in 2:04.01, failing to break the late Kelvin Kiptum’s course record. Ethiopian Bekele came second in 2:04.15 while Emile Cairess was third at 2:06.46.
