Chipu, the national under 20 rugby team missed an opportunity to play at the 2018 world Junior rugby championships when they were edged out by Zambia.
The juniors lost the opportunity to hosts Zambia 18-37 during the final match of Barthes Cup that ended today in Windhoek, Zambia.
