Seven candidates to battle for IOC president’s seat

Seven candidates have submitted their names ahead of International Olympics Committee for the position of president to replace Thomas Bach.

With elections set for March 18^th to 21^st in the general meeting, the nominations will be facing off are the World Athletics President Sebastien Coe, Hungarian Prince Feisal Al Hussein, Kirsty Coventry from Zimbabwe, Swede Johan Eliasch, Frenchman David Lappartient, Juan Antonio Samaranch from Spain and Japanese Mr Morinari Watanabe.

IOC had announced that name submission was to end today, Monday 15^th and they have submitted in Cameraahead of Lausanne (Switzerland).
