Allan Wanga and Umaru Kasumba are chasing the Kenya premier league (KPL) golden boot as the league heads into homestretch.
The kakamega Homeboyz and Sofapaka strikers have netted 16 times in the league that is in its 28th match.
The Burundian Kasumba came from 13 goals down to tie at the top with wanga who has been the cornerstone for the Kakamega based club while Ulinzi’s Enosh Ochieng is third with 15 goals.
Cliff Nyakeya of Mathare United has struck 13 times, sitting in fourth position as Derrick Onyango is in 5th place with 10 goals.
