National Scrabble team Word Warriors continued to dominate the East, Central and Southern Africa (ECASA) Scrabble championships in Livingstone, Zambia.
Seeded second, Allan Oyende continued with his superlative play in the second day of the championships.
Oyende on 16.5 wins is 1.5 points ahead of Patrick Mpundu (15 +979) of Zambia, the only player who is not a Kenyan in the top ten position.
The Warriors have occupied position one, three to ten with Mpundu standing in in second place.

Wenwa Akinyi surged to sixth place to lead the female players 2 points ahead of day 1 leader Gwen Rea of South Africa
Team Kenya consolidated their grip on team gold placing 8 in top ten ahead of Zambia
