Elkana Lagat led a podium sweep for Kenyans runners at the Ravenna marathon held today. Lagat, who won the title in 2:10.33 leading Kenneth kemboi Rotich (2:15.48) and Bernard Kiptoo Koech to third in 2:18.05. In women, Kenyan Shilyne Jepkorir Toroitich was the winner in 2:29.17 as Spain’s Lilian Dragomir was second timing 2:43.14.
