Kenya’s Shujaa will be facing off with Namibia, Madagascar and Reunion at the 2026 Africa Men’s Rugby 7s championships st for next month is Mauritius.
The October 3-4 championships has attracted eight teams pooled in two groups-A and B that will battle for the continental crown with the winners

Kenya lies in pool B pairs with Madagascar, Namibia, and Réunion where the Africa Men’s Sevens Series includes the SVNS 3 2026/2027 Africa Qualifiers in Uganda alongside the Mauritius Sevens Tournament.
South Africa leads pool A alongside Burkina Faso, Mauritius, and Egypt where South Africa and Kenya automatically retain the 1st and 2nd positions in Africa regardless of their Mauritius outcomes, as both are already established within the global SVNS pathway.
The remaining participants in the Mauritius Sevens Tournament will be ranked from 9th to 13th place based on their final tournament results, with the overall tournament winner securing 9th position.
