Kitale RFC will face off with Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology in the Nationwide Championships final.
The two team have qualified to play at the Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) championships after reaching final, with each finalists securing a place for promotion.
In the semifinal matches played today in Kitale and Kakamega respectively, hosts were the winners of the fixtures as they seek to extend the win into next seasons challenge.
Kitale, the Rift Valley runner up hosted Swara, the Nairobi region champions in the first semi final where they convincingly beat their visitors while Western Champions MMUST played against Rift Valley Champions and former Kenya Cup side Eldoret RFC, shining at home.
Kitale won by 12-08 against Swara while MMUST beat Eldoret 20-18 respectively.
